192 CWP Participants received financial training for two days from 23-24 May 2022 from Mind My Money under PMSkillSHouse it was sponsored by Liberty, although the training was non-accredited, However the Participants received skills and Knowledge, that they can use going further to help them and they families.
                        One of our 8-day participants, Christelle Morris were working in a creche in Ward 1 in Moorreesburg. She worked there for about 3 months when the principle of the creche offered her a permanent position.
                        Our current Site Admin came along way in CWP. She started as 8-day participant and was promoted to a supervisor after 4 months in the program. When the position of site administrator became available she applied and got appointed. She is a token of hard work and commitment. In her own words: “ CWP is a programme about moving forward and growth”
                        It has been an interesting three months in Matzikama. One of our participants, Martinique Greeff was given an opportuning by one of our host organizations to work as a classroom assistance, in 2021 she was given a contract to become a grade R teacher. Because of her passion and commitment, she opened her own playgroup (ECD). She is now spreading the word and motivating other young people to start their own businesses. She is currently running a registered ECD.
                        Constance Sehularo was a supervisor since 2014, She was supervising Camden workgroup assisting school with cleaning. The SGB members saw potential in her and decided to hire her permanently as a General Worker at Gakgatsana Primary school
                        Tuelo Nnosang was a participant at Bothithong workgroup he was placed in a garden, he is currently employed at Kgalagadi Pipeline joint venture as a water truck driver.
                        Glendred workgroup under supervision of Mr Mosimanegape Majakwe have started the pig farming project in 2017 from their own pockets and they have started with 30 piglets, now they have 62 full grown pigs
